The following are the terms and conditions of use of the Ultimate Racing website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you use the Ultimate Racing website.

By using the Ultimate Racing website you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not use the Ultimate Racing website.

1. Stock Availability

1.1. All items offered for sale are subject to availability.  If an item ordered is out of stock you will be notified of such within 24 hours of your order being placed.

2. Credit/Debit Card Payment

2.1. We accept payment using the following payment methods:-

Visa/Mastercard

2.2. The option to pay by cheque is available for all goods.  Goods ordered and paid for by cheque will not be despatched until notification from our bank of cleared funds.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices displayed include VAT but exclude postage and packaging. The actual charges for postage and packaging are shown immediately prior to checkout. Postal charge will be £5.95 for Special Delivery via Royal Mail, irrespective of the number of tickets purchased. All errors and omissions are expected.

3.3. While every effort will be made to ensure that all our stock is available we offer no guarantee. Electronic publication does not constitute an offer of sale.

3.4. Goods are dispatched two weeks immediately prior to the event unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to dispatch within the stated two weeks, we will send you an e-mail with an estimated dispatch date. We will also offer you an option to cancel your order.

3.5. Ultimate Racing Hospitality reserves the right to change or remove an offer at anytime.

3.6 All tickets sales are non-refundable within 1 month of any booked event.

4. Privacy of Information

4.1. Any information collected by Ultimate Racing Hospitality, including that gathered at the time of ordering, is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

4.2. Ultimate Racing Hospitality do not sell or transmit any customers personal information, including email addresses, to any organisation for any purpose.

4.3. In the event of fraud or crime Ultimate Racing Hospitality reserve the right to provide information to the relevant authorities.

5. Your Legal Rights as a Consumer

5.1. These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

6. Complaints

6.1. If you have cause for complaint regarding any service or product provided by Ultimate Racing Hospitality please email full details to admin@ultimateracing.co.uk

6.2. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Ultimate Racing Hospitality reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as it sees fit and the client agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Ultimate Racing Hospitality from and against any and all liability and loss damage (whether civil or criminal) suffered. This also includes legal fees or costs incurred by Ultimate Racing Hospitality resulting from a breach of this agreement by the participant his or her employees or agents as a result of changes made. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep up to date with the current terms and conditions which will at all times be displayed on the website.

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any disputes that arise between you and us. You may not assign or novate or otherwise dispose of this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise. We shall be entitled to assign or novate this Agreement without your consent. We shall be entitled to sub-contract our obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement to any third party without your consent. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any third party any right to enforce any terms of this Agreement (save for any assignee of ours).
